Maximum prices apply at fairs or festivity and in July, August, September.

Breakfast is included.
Children under two years do not pay.
Children under eight years are half price.
Cradles or beds with sides are available for free on request.
Room cleaning and linen change is weekly; for shorter stays cleaning will not run unless at  request and  with a supplement.
The linen for the bedroom and the bathroom is supplied and replaced weekly; for shorter stays it will not be replaced except at request and charges are applicable.

Additional services:
Your pets are welcome but  you have to  notify us of their presence at the time of booking.
If small sized and good tempered, they can  remain in the apartment  with you.
At the end of your stay an extra cleaning is required at the cost of € 20,00.
Bigger animals can be hosted at special prices in our pension for dogs next to the residence.

We offer special rates for extended or continuous stays; please call us or send an e-mail with your reference, we will contact you for a proposal.

The agriturismo is available for celebrating special events such as baptisms, first communions, confirmations and birthdays.

It’s also possible to  rent the entire facility for groups up to 28 people for a vacation truly unique, in total privacy.

PROMOTIONS FOR COMPANIES
If you come to Ferrara for work, Agriturismo “Corte Del Sole” is the ideal choice both for a few nights and  for longer stays.
For business meetings we have a room equipped with audio and video where we can organize events and meetings up to 40 people, including the possible organization of refreshments and transfers of participants.

Offers are not valid during holidays and trade fairs.
