The House - Agriturismo Corte del Sole

The Agriturismo “Corte Del Sole”, an elegant residence immersed in the green of the beautiful countryside of Ferrara, rises from the restructuring of an old farmhouse at the center of a large courtyard surrounded by twenty acres of fruit trees.

The structure, restored according to the canons of biobuilding and respecting the traditions of Ferrara, consists of large and comfortable common areas, five spacious and comfortable apartments and large spaces outdoor to relax .
In the living area, fully accessible to disabled people, you will find  a bright reception hall, a lounge with a large fireplace suited for dinners and meetings, two intimate breakfast-rooms and a kitchen for tasty snacks.

The hall is available to customers who want to relax reading, talking or planning their visits to Ferrara or one of the many other destinations easily and quickly reachable.

The apartments - one on the ground floor accessible to the disabled-  have a living room, a kitchen with induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, a sleeping area with a double room and  a twin bedded room and a bathroom with hydro massage tub and shower.

The air conditioning in all rooms is provided by a geothermal system created within the company, combined with a solar thermal and photovoltaic system, which make  the farm particularly "green" and environmentally friendly.
